Today is Colleen's birthday. I posted about it on Facebook. When we went to the summer day camp, I always had the guy who played the songs on the camp radio play, "California Girls," by the Beach Boys, today. She loved it. So, I posted it today.
I'm going grocery shopping with her in a few minutes.. I made cupcakes to take over today. I have to sign her card, and wrap her gift. I was expecting her earlier.
Must scoot.

Carla....you and your driving.....don't you like to be at home sometimes? Seems like you are hardly ever there. I am sure your daughter and Vinnie misses you too!!
Trish....who doesn't like the Beach Boys....Colleen will love your post, I will check it out in a bit. Have fun shopping and don't buy out the store!! When I am with my grandchildren they always find something they want. I don't buy things every time but often enough!! Happy Birthday to Colleen! 
As for me....doing okay today. I never did do my laundry yesterday. My ribs were hurting about the time I was to start doing it. I will get it washed today or tomorrow. I only have two small loads.
Thank you to those that wished Lucas a "Happy Birthday: yesterday on Facebook. He was so excited that my friends would post to him. He had a great birthday!! It is hard to believe he is sixteen already!!! 
I will check in again later to see what everyone else is doing.

Glad he was there and had a good time!!! He said he was doing better also....happy for that!!!!Hello Judy...Lucas was in heaven....all you ladies being so nice to him!! He knows you are a good friend of mine.
He is a really sweet...he is the one I call "Sugar Boy" all the time. When he was little, I asked him why he thought I called him by that name. He said...cuz I am sweet as Sugar!!! He was about two at the time. The name just stuck!!
You keep safe...I am always watching the weather in that area.

Girls will be after him soon....lol All your grands seem so sweet!!! You are so lucky!!!!Judy....Lucas can't go anywhere where girls don't notice him. I told his sister Amanda that when they came from Oregon. She didn't believe me. They were together and she saw it first hand. It blew her away!! She said they couldn't go anywhere and the girls would run up and talk with Lucas. He is a charmer!!
Yes... I am blessed....my grandchildren are all so sweet and caring. There isn't a bad one in the bunch!! Thank you Jesus!
The storm fronts have been coming and going around here for days. My Fibro has been going crazy. I am sure yours is too. I know that is why Eileen is hurting. I hope the weather straightens out and gives us all a break!

Actually I do not have fibro...thought I did when I worked at that other job but it was just stress being there...now its just arthritis...not bad but the sciatic in my right hip and leg...YIKES!!! When that flares up OMG!!!!! But my chiro doc has helped that also!!!
You see the latest map of the storm to hit us? OMG winds about 70mph or more...YIKES!!!!!!! hmmmm yikes must be my new word...lol I am using it a lot lately...lol
