Well the afternoon sure got interesting here....seems one of the tenants has his niece staying here...never asked if it was ok or not just lets her in...she IS a heroin user...tried to break in a few days ago also while he was in the hospital yet!!! I was told there was ALOT of noise last night and police were called...I confronted her as he was passed out drunk...she had no idea what I was talking about!!! Well I called my boss and told he I had a couple upset GOOD tenants and I didn't want to have them leave because of this ONE!!!!!! She sent me a trespass for her to leave NOW!!!!! BUT...I have to serve her with it then take it to the police...she is not here right now!!! So waiting for the call from the good tenants to let me know she has returned so I can serve her the paper!!!!!
Just found out the little felon was arrested!!!!!!!!! B&E and not sure what else...have to go look it up on here...be back soon as I find it and read it!!! LOL
OK...I found it and posted it on my FB page if you want to read it...has his picture also...he is the one on the left!!! Him and his buddy were trying to break into a camper....glad he was caught!!!! 1:22 am....hope this makes his mommy proud!!! Charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and possession of criminal tools. NICE!Can't wait til Monday to send this in to my boss!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Judy....it scares me that all that crap keeps happening in your complex. Maybe it is time for you to move to a better side of town. Apartments are always looking for good managers. You have lots of experience behind you now. I do worry about some of the people you have to deal with.

Connie...I AM in the better side of this town!!! LOL I/WE are NOT afraid here!!! Actually they are afraid of US!!!! They know we run a tight ship here!!!! 
Our complex is the ONLY one around that is drug free now!!! Well not completely yet but I am getting there slow but sure!!!! I have one guy here that is still dealing drugs but he is doing it elsewhere now!!!!!!!! He KNOWS I am on to him!!!! LOL
Besides I need SOME excitement...LOL

Francine...I am hoping and praying your knee keeps getting better. Keep up with the exercises!! It will be great if you can start driving again! Still praying for Clair as well.
So much happening on here with everyone. I continue to keep my OFF friends and families in my prayers. 
I am having a relaxing day. This last week with Lucas has taken so much energy away from me. Last night was the first night he had a good nights sleep in a week. He sent me a text a bit ago and said he was feeling so much better. They will be going back to Mayo this week. Hope we get some answers soon!!
Amanda and Tyler just sent me a text. They are almost out of Montana already. I will feel better when I know they are home safely once more!! I miss them so much already!!
Kyleigh was here for a little while yesterday. She then went to the Twin Cities to be with Mitch for the weekend. She called awhile ago and has most of her homework done. I am proud of her. She so far had A's and A+s in here summer classes.
I need to check in with Nic tonight. There was a pic on Facebook posted of him and Grace together. It was so sweet. I spoke with Grace earlier this week.
That is about it for me. I wanted to do laundry but just can't do the lifting so maybe tomorrow will be better.
