LOL It will only get worse the more you lose!!! BUT CONGRATS on your loss!!! I have a pillowtop mattress PLUS a memory foam topper I think is 4 inch...AHHHHHHHH plus we have a heated mattress pad added on that also for the aches and pains...lol. Yes we have COMFORT!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! Still wish I had my OLD WATERBED!!! But that long gone now...darn!!!

Good Luck eating soft foods...take your time....if you feel food is stuck...lay on your LEFT side and it should slide down...if not...have some PAPAYA pills on hand and chew them and they will help dissolve the food and make it slide down. They really do help.

Hang on its a WILD RIDE!!!

HUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Lisa....it sounds like everything is going great....good for you!!!

My favorite soft food was Taco Bell's refried beans with cheese. They are still a favorite!!

I am like Judy....I have a fabulous pillow top bed and a memory foam too. I have to lift myself up on my bed. One day I might find the perfect little stool. I remember at first how much my tailbone hurt. I am used to it now and try to remember to sit on something.

Keep doing what you are doing....good luck!!

Hugs and love....connie d

Congratulations on graduating to soft food. My favorite was and is Dannon light and fit Greek Yougurt. 80 calories and the best protein to carb ratio of all the yogurts. My favorite flavor is blueberry.

Keep up the good work. And again congratulations.

Congrats, Lisa!  I practically lived on refried beans and mashed avocado.  Also ate a lot of cottage cheese, yogurt, and banana.  Just try to eat real foods.  No processed foods.  You'll do fine.  So happy for you!
