I've tried to crush vitamins, swallow whole and i get a gag reflex everytime an then i get sick 2 1/2 weeks out can anyone help me please !

Mix crushed pill in a small spoon of applesauce..that helps alot.

A lot of adult vitamins now come in gummy form. I use a pill cutter. Also, GNC makes Women's Ultra Mega vitamins i a powder form that can be mixed with water, or juice.

I use the gummy vitamins. It is a lot easier.

Crush them and mix in applesauce or yogurt...it helps trust me!!!! HUGSSSSSSSSSSSS

I am using the Centium Chewables. We are told NOT to use the gummies as they don't have 1/2 the vitamins as the others and aren't in a form that is available to use. I found this out after I purchased two big bottles.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

if you can swallow them whole, how about cutting into quarters and swallowing that way?
