Freaky Friday
Good Freaky Friday Afternoon,
I am going to have to go MIA from the gym. My poor right knee is so flared up i can hardly stand on it long enough to make my meals. I am took Aleve yesterday and today with food. I am hoping it will let up soon, like tomorrow,. Not going to the gym is not good for me.

I did it again....this is three days in a row. Every time I finally decide to post someone else is at the same time...LOL!! Usually it is Carla 
I am too lazy to type all that again so I am leaving it there...it will be fine.
Francine....I am so sorry about your knee flaring up again. I hope the Aleve helps soon.

Fran...you are taking NSAIDS????? How far out are you since having your WLS?? Did you get an ok to take them?? I am not quite 8 years out and never took one yet...was told never to take them again. Try some Aspercream rub on your knee see if that helps the pain. Maybe you are over doing your work outs??
