I've moved twice since I had my surgery in 2004. I just have my checkups done by my PCP. He runs my bloodwork yearly. I know what labs I need done because I got the list from my bariatric doc in Michigan before I left for Louisiana (I'm in Indiana now). So far, so good, on the labs at least.
