I don't know if u do im going through Denver Health program for my surgery Dr. Pieracci i get mine on May 7th

I am sorry I missed all the happenings today. 

Judy i am so sorry you had to go thru the doggy situation.  I hope the doggy's owner was able to say good bye in his own way. 

Jeanne , i lived in DC for two years. I lived morning rush hpur everyday. I am glad you found your way to your events. And also back home again.

Vickie, glad you are taking care of yourself. I have a friend who travels all over and is ac collector. He ships thingd home via UPS or USPS. it is a lot easier.  I don't how it will work overseas.c

Connie , sorry to hear about your allergies. They can be such a problem a really interfere with things you want to do. 

I had a good day. Went to the gym but took it easy on my back. Still did 6000 steps but at level one workload and took 75 mins instead of 60.
