Late Night Great Day
I had a good day today. I slept in as this was my day off exercise day. The time change to DST makes me crazy as i am a hoot owl, always have been. Loved the 3-11 shift at the hospital. It will take weeks to adjust.
Yesterday i did the nu step for 40 mins about 2750 steps. I am going to add a couple of mins per day till i get to at least 60 mins. Tried the bike again but still to hard on my ankle. No weight loss yet, but my clothes are getting baggier so that's a good thing.
Watched two wonderful shows today. The first was the service from my church. I love that i can enjoy the sermon at my leisure and repeat the parts i need to hear again. I laugh and tell my friends i attend Our Lady of the Mattress church. One of the things i look most forward to is attending services and participating in the work the church does with the homeless community.
The second thing i watched The Bridge to Tarabithia. It was such a wonderful break from the usual stuff on the air. It really is a kids story, but anyone could enjoy it and take something away from it. If you watch it and you get a little weepy at emotional movies, bring some tissues.
I am hoping for a good nights sleep. Tomorrow is supposed to be mild so i am looking forward to get out to the gym.
Well, i wish you all many blessings. I read each of your entries and think of you often throughout the day. You are in my prayers and i ask God to meet each of you in the place and time and way you need Him most.
I am so glad to have found you all. OH Fifty and over is are really helping me
Blessings,
Francine~
