I have been a renter since 2001, and I have never been allowed to paint, or paper, any walls.  Up until moving here, I had white walls.  Now they're beige, with a white ceiling, and even renting from my own daughter and son-in-law, I'm not allowed to paint on inch of any wall.

You are very generous to Christie.  I hope that someday she realizes it.

Vickie if you are the landlord and that is your house, I think u have a say in the colors Christie can use to paint with. I know I am painting the inside of our rental house soon, We rent a house from my cousin and I have to clear the color with him first. 

It finally warmed up here today! It has been below 60 the past few days!

 Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am in a ton of pain, with the arthritis in my back.  I managed to get through church, and Sunday School.  I wasn't in Nursery, but did man the desk outside.  Frankie kept Trent and Colleen up all night.  Poor guy.  He's still having a rough time, since his fall Thursday night.  

I desperately need to get some tidying done.  I put a pain patch on my back, and am sitting with the heating pad on.  I'm hoping to be able to get to work in about 30 minutes.

Maryann, enjoy your trip to Cheesecake Factory.  I've only been there once and had Eggplant Parmesan --- it was to die for, so good.  But I'm sure their version had about 2,500 calories!

Connie, I'm so glad you're feeling better now.  Very excited for you going on your trip - I'm sure you'll have a great time.

So Carla - what colors have you picked out?  I'd love to have the opportunity to paint; I have an older mobile home and it's all dark paneling.  I'm hoping when I more physically fit I'll be able to pick up a paint roller and paint over the paneling.  (SO is planning on putting up some type of wall covering that basically looks like wallpaper - can't wait to see what kind of job he does on that!)  I've claimed the living room as mine though - he can't touch it.

I havent decided in a paint color yet. I have swatches up all over. Im thinking a light coffee color. Yellow in the batheooms.
