Thursday, WOW time for DST already
Ok, so everyone is ready for this cold snowy winter to be over. I am right there with you!!! All the same, I really surprised me when the reminder for DST came round.
I had a great day today. I made it to the gym for the second time this week. I am using the nu step since it is non weight bearing. My right ankle (which i damaged in a fall and 3 surgeries and enough metal to set off the detectors at the airport) has been causing me some pain. I did 35 mins 2500 steps. All be it on the lowest intensity, I am pleased. I also did two sets of leg and ankle exercises from a physical therapist i worked with. I ate well am enjoying a relaxing evening at home.
Going shopping with my roomie tomorrow. Hope every one has a blessed day.

Glad you had had a great day. It is wonderful you made it to the gym and did so well!!
My exercise right now is doing two 30 minute walks a day. I love to walk. That has always been my favorite exercise. It sure is better then nothing!!
