Hi All! We too are having snow and if March comes in like a Lion, it is supposed to go out like a Lamb....

this is my weekend off from radiation, still 3 more weeks of daily rads with wk-ends off.  Skin sore and feels burned, surgery scars are feeling tight and ropey, including old breast reduction scars from more than twenty years ago. See radiation oncologist on Monday to see uf treatment on track ir needs adjusting. 

Dont post often as life not very exciting, just daily radiation.

Jennifer...didn't they give you any cream to use for the burn? I am thinking its called silver something. If they didn't ask them for it!!! It works great!!!!! HUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

We only get scrip for steroid cream for burns when needed.  I will be asking for it on Monday when I have weekly meeting with oncologist:  most people have no problems until day ten, I am at day six so reacting earlier than expected. My treatment dosage was increased, shortening treatment from 6 to 4 weeks as oncologist last Monday told me she thought my skin would resist...maybe it isn't. Or maybe the prescription cream will help.  If it gets bad this weekend, will use gel from Aloe plant spiky  leaf, oncologist ok'd that.

Jennifer....sorry you are having burning issues. My grandson had a lot of radiation. He had a cream they used. It helped a  lot!! Please talk to them about this.

Thanks Connie, have a heavy duty medical moisturizer used in pharmacies as a base for whatever they need to mix when making a prescription cream, and have to apply to whole chest 3 times a day to keep well moisturized, but it is not a "burn"  cream, so once I get scrip on Monday the pharmacy will mix up a steroid cream, using their own supply of same base cream.....in the meantime the Aloe juice straight from an opened leaf is very cooling and comforting....dont think my plant will survive 14 days of raiding, so will definitely get  cream my oncologist will prescribe...

Snow has stopped here, but we are going back into a deepfreeze tonight and rest of week...this winter keeps on giving....

Got to the sneaking out tenant...she about **** when she saw me at the door!!!! LMAO!!!!! I asked her what was going on. She said she was just getting the last of her things. Oh really? She said yes she was moving out. I asked her where her 30 day WRITTEN notice was. She said she didn't know she had to do that. I asked her didn't you listen when you were read the lease???? She didn't answer. I told her since she WAS here March 1st she HAD to pay March rent plus February rent that she wrote that bad check for. She then said her husbands son was in charge of him not her anymore. I told her SHE lived in the apartment not her husband. SHE needed to pay the rent or we would take her to court!!! She just looked at me. Kiss her goodbye I am sure. Her husband is in the nursing home. His twin brother lives across the street from our apartment. :-) We will find her!!  as for the other guy...not sure where he is right now...darn it!!

OK The boyfriend who is moving out...he got away!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR he had a crew here and they parked on the grass and tore it up!!!!!!!!!! There is a truck and trailer there now and THEY are parked on the grass also!!! I went over there and gave them the what for!!! They said they didn't do that!!! I told them they had to move it or else!!!! They said Ed is gone to the Carolina's now and stole so much from her...whatever...he also told them they had til TODAY to get out...WRONG!!!!!! I told them he got a letter telling him he had til midnight last night or TODAY he had to pay rent!!! TODAY is MARCH RENT IS DUE THEY ARE THERE I NEED RENT!!!!!!! They are sorry and will be out today... HELLO!!!!!!!???????? RENT $409.00 PLEASE!!!! Get that truck off the grass!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!! DEAF EARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They gave me the keys...WTH?????????? How do you deal with IDIOTS??????

OK I need to calm down...........I am going to BINGO and have a drink...just ONE drink I am driving!!!!!!

Long day.  Docent training ran later than normal.  Then, I made the mistake of calling my sister on my way home, Bluetooth audio system in car, and missed my exit on the highway, so I spent 20 minutes going the wrong way, then turning around to go the right way.  I posted about the animals on Facebook.  

Must scoot.  I feel better, but exhausted tonight.
