Judy....I am glad the new kid is doing well. If he is anything like Nic, he will do a great job!

Gosh how many have died recently?? I hope the family clears out their apartment so you don't have to. 

OMGosh...another fall....when will they learn!! Old people and ice don't go together. They all need to invest in those ice grippers that attach to their shoes!!
