Good Morning OFF Sisters,
I am so excited. I'm taking Izzy and Lincoln to see "Beauty and the Beast," this afternoon. I have wanted to take them to the theater for over a year. Uncle Chris and Aunt Casey have taken them to see "Annie" on Broadway.
I have to get to church to get the crockpot turned on, and drop off a cake I made. I also have to get the kids. We're leaving right after the service, and missing Sunday School.
Not much else happening.
Vickie, I hope the repairs go as desired. Glad you had a day off from the kiddoes.
Judy, I'm glad you have your birth certificate, and can qualify for Medicaid. That's got to be a huge relief.
Connie, I'm so happy you are able to socialize, and take walks, at your new apartment. You deserve a nice place to live.
Mary, I use AnyWhey Protein powder, and mix it with Carnation Sugar Free Instant Breakfast. One scoop, plus the milk and Carnation gives me 30 grams of protein. I also make smoothies with yogurt, berries, milk and a scoop. Again, 30 grams of protein. It's flavorless. It's the only kind I use.
I got a call from a friend from PA. She was in Florida, at Phillies Spring Training. She called to tell me she was watching Chase Utley take batting practice. I would love to be in Florida for a week.

Good morning Trish and my OFF Sistas!
Oh, Trish, what a happy day for you! Don't cha just love being a grandmother?? I am waiting for the day when Benny and Budder are old enough for us to take them places. There are such good times ahead!
Now, listen, sistas: yes, we are going on vacation to Belize. But I am NOT leaving you! If we do decide to move there, it won't be anytime soon. There are too many loose ends to tie up here. And if and when we do move, there will be internet there. I won't move anywhere that I can't have my phone, my texting, my internet and my Nook! So no more sad faces on my FB, Connie! Just happy ones! 
Boy, did my day start early. Chris and Mike both had to be to work at 8 a.m., which meant they had to leave here shortly after 7 a.m. I was up and feeding Budder his bottle waaaay before I was ready to wake up. Is it nap time yet??? LOL!
Butch wants us to have a fish fry tonight. Sounds good to me. He does all the cooking! LOL!
Well, I was so busy yesterday that I forgot it was my SURGIVERSARY!!! 3 years ago I changed my life. I'm so happy with my decision. I did have some regain last year, but then I lost it all due to my surgeries in December (never say there's not a silver lining!), so I still weigh 178 this morning and that's 100 pounds gone forever!
I still never fail to appreciate all the skinny places I fit into now. Things like chairs in the doctor's waiting room, or booths at the restaurant, or airplane seats! By reflex, I still hesitate before I sit down, and then I remember that I FIT into normal sized seats again. And even though I still have to wear the occasional size XL, I tell myself that's so much better than size 3X! After all, at 5'10", I'm not exactly your normal sized gal anyway. At my very thinnest ever, I was a size 10. I'm very happy being a size 14/16 now.
But most of all, I appreciate my good health! I wake up feeling energetic and happy to be alive. I walk without pain in my knees and feet. I no longer have to sit or lie down to rest my big self between brief bouts of activity. I don't take meds for high blood pressure or high cholesterol anymore. Life is good!
Well, nothing you all don't already know and experience for yourself, but it's good to stop and reflect on how far we've come since WLS, isn't it sistas?
I hear Benny waking up, so I'd better close and get ready for him. He wakes up full speed ahead and chattering like a lil monkey these days!

Trish....have a wonderful fun filled day at the theater watching Beauty and the Beast. You will have just as much fun as the children!! 
Vickie....okay...I am a bit more at ease now. I wouldn't blame you for going to such a beautiful place. It is just so far away. I know I am just selfish but I don't want to lose you!! You also know I want nothing but the best for you and Butch!! 
Happy 3 year Surgiversary!!!! You are doing so great!! Our lives sure do change don't they. Congratulations!! 
Have fun with Benny Bop and Budder! They are so sweet!!
Enjoy that awesome fish fry too! That sounds so wonderful!! 
As for me....Kyleigh came to visit yesterday afternoon and spent the night. We had a really fun time together. Of course she is still asleep as she stayed up late watching programs and movies she had missed. She has to leave this afternoon as she has to work on a project with some of her other classmates this evening. Other then going for my walk I don't really have anything else planned today. Just a lazy day and that is alright by me!!

Well I went to Bingo last night and won the jackpot...but so did 2 others...so only got $71 but hey its something!!! Now I can make a donation to my horses!!! I try to send something every month to help them out. Another one has been adopted and that makes us happy!!! Crystel does a great job of bringing these horses back to good health and making them adoptable to good homes. I am happy to be a part of it. Wish I lived near her so I could help with them...but New Mexico just is not close to me at all.
NASCAR starts today!!!! EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh Yeah!!!!!!!!!!
Got a beef roast out and will be getting that ready for the oven soon...love to cook it on low all day so it smells all 4 apartments....LOL DROOL people DROOL LOL!!!!!!!!!!
Had some rain and a little snow overnight...getting cold again...YUCK!!!!!!! So tired of winter. What is it 25 more days now til Spring? Please mother nature...bring it soon!!!!!!!! And no flooding this year!!!!!! Had enough last year!!! Under a flood watch yet for our area but hopefully we are not for the apartments...I don't see that happening.
Well better get going and see if I need carrots for the roast...I think I used them all for the stew I made for the lunch Friday for bingo...have a good day everyone!!!

Yes the damn cold and snow are coming back here as well. It is a whopping 2 degrees and feels like -14. This winter just needs to END!! Tomorrow we are getting more snow as well. Grrrrrrr!

I like Tony also but he needs to get rid of that woman...lol can't stand her at all!!!!! Sorry!! Harvick I love and also Dale Jr...Now Austin Dillon...he is driving the #3 car...I swear when I saw him driving one time it was like Dale Sr was in that car!!! OMG this kid is one to watch for sure!!!! Going to be very interesting!!!!!
Will this winter EVER end?????? Right now I doubt it...sighs. We get a taste of Spring then Winter comes back again!!! Can't win....Sun WAS out here but now its gone again. Darn it!!!!

Connie...I tried to send you an email on DEI being for sale that I got from a friend of mine not sure if it went to you or not...me and yahoo do not get along right now...grrrrrrrr anyhow Teresa wants like $115 million PLUS rights to all Intimadator and Dale names...WTH???? never did like her at all...*****!!! Dale I like him but he a pansy at times nothing like his dad at all!!! LOL

Judy....I just feel like Dale Jr thinks everyone owes him something because he is Dale Sr's son. He doesn't nave the love of the race and the crowds that Sr had. It is all about money and attention with him. I did like him at first but not so much anymore.
