Good morning and Happy Wednesday!!

Good morning everyone....

I am typing with my middle and ring fingers today as my thumbs and index fingers are still numb. Surgery went well. The anesthesia....not so much. I kept telling them it wasn't working. When the gal put the needle in my arm she had all kinds of trouble. My veins are great and no one ever has any problems. When she injected the saline in I kept telling her it wasn't going in. She said oh it looks good. I was awake and felt every damn thing!! I will be calling the office today! I am so bruised it is ridiculous!! I am not a happy camper right now. I have always had the best treatment there. Enough about this!!

I will be mostly just resting today. Nothing planned but the NOOK and I!! I may go sit with the ladies doing the puzzle later. We finished a beautiful one on Monday. I don't think I will be any help but I can at leas****ch and chat!

So how is everyone doing today....Judy are you snowed in???

I'm at my dr appnt that I cancelled twice cause I to go see vinnie! She takes priority! I DONT WANT To be here! I know my labs are in the gutter! It is what it is and ill have to deal with it!

Good thing today it is supposed to be around 80 and I'm shoveling sunshine bigtime!

Afternoon OFF family...No not snowed in Connie...we are actually MELTING!!!!! Now the fear is FLOODING!!!!! We have RAIN on the way and with all this snow melting and the rain coming there is fear of flooding!!! What next??? We have had one hell of a year haven't we????

Passed out the March newsletters today as the temp is nice...41*!!! So I did it today while the sun was out and the air nice...got my feet WET!!!! OMG are they ever wet!!!!! Some of the walks are flooded over and deep in some areas...nothing we can do about it as it is low lying. GRRRRR

Well need to get back to work as I have lots to figure out before the weekend and one of our tenants is moving out...so there goes our weekend off...AGAIN. Sighs.......

Judy....I love this weather....I wish I could have been outside enjoying. It has been in the 40s here too. I am wearing short sleeves and capris...even had my windows open all day. I need some fresh air in here!!

Praying you don't get such bad flooding this year!! I always worry about you!

Sorry the tenant is moving out on the weekend. Why can't things be taken care of on Monday?? They can come to you. That is the way it always is here in Minnesota. We always had key drop boxes too.  No one ever cleaned or anything on a weekend. Just wondering.

Connie they are helping their daughter move and they are from out of state...way out on east coast area...so they have been very nice to us but still...oh well...part of the job...and hard telling they might tip us well...they have in the past. Besides we have to be here anyhow have the club house rented anyhow and need to keep watch on them...we love our job...lol

Anyhow FLOOD watch is for tomorrow afternoon through Friday...yippeeee!!!!!!!! Glad I got Rick new waders...LOLWe are so sick of bad weather we could scream!!!!! Next week we are back to freezing cold again!!!! BRRRR!!!!!! Poor Jerry is really learning fast on our nasty happenings we have isn't he?? But he said he loves I here!!!

Glad you had your capri's on and a short sleeve shirt...not me!! Not ready for those just yet!!!! I get cold I am hard to warm up!!!

Hi Ladies -

Not much going on here today - weather is warm today and will be warm for a few days, so hopefully lots of snow will be melting.  Maybe my front steps will be clear for the first time in months.  Went out yesterday and picked up a few things - the usual:  milk, bread, eggs.  Warm weather feels good, doesn't it Judy?

Carla - keep shoveling that sunshine!  Good luck at your doctor's appt.

Connie - hope you're feeling better soon.  Amazing how sometimes a procedure can go well, and other times not so well.  

Vickie - Very true what you said about missing "the gang" after they are gone, but hopefully you'll be able to visit or have them over when it's convenient for you, rather than 24/7.

Mary...I agree these warm few days we are having is just what we needed. We are having lots of melting too...YAY!!

I opened all my windows and aired the place out. I love the fresh air smell!! I wish I could have been out...other than for surgery in these warm 40+ degree days. I hope tomorrow it is still warm so I can get out a bit.

I am feeling better this evening then I was earlier today. I think the meds are finally wearing off. The numbness in my thumbs and fingers is going away some too. I am hoping for a great day tomorrow!!

Good Afternoon Connie and Ladies,

I just got home from being out all morning, and most of the afternoon.  This morning, I was at church, watching the kids for the morning Bible study.  Then, Colleen called me to see if I could watch the boys, after lunch.  I just got home, and I need to take some allergy medication.  My sinuses are wreaking havoc on me.

I took Utley to the vet yesterday, and was absolutely miserable from all the animal dander.  Now, I need to go get his license.  I just don't feel up to going back out right now.

Later, I'm supposed to go over to church, to help with the children's program.  I really don't feel like going back out today.  Maybe, I'll feel better later.

Must scoot.

Trish....sorry you got sicker from the dander at the Vet office. No way could I ever go in there. I would not be able to get my breath.

Like I say I don't know how you do all you do. You are just like a little energizer bunny!! I would have collapsed long ago.  I hope Utley got his license.

I hope you stayed in tonight if you are so tired. I worry about your health too. Don't let yourself get too run down.
