Hello Mary....maybe you are geting in too much salt/sodium. That will put pounds on fast. Are you drinking plenty of water?
I buy turkey pepperoni. I make the crisps too but not very often as they are high in sodium. But they are a nice treat now and then. You can do the same with cheese.
I think you are doing well. Just be careful what you consume in the evenings. I know that is the worst time for me. After about 7 PM all I want is food!!! Use sugar free jello too.
When I want some thing cold like ice cream I will just take out a container of frozen Cool Whip. I buy the Sugar Free or Fat free. Get used to reading labels and checking out which is better for you. Sugar free popsciles are another yummy treat.

Hi Mary! Don't know if you're craving savories or sweets, but here's what I used. For savory, I bought good quality beef jerky. It lasts forever. You can gnaw on a single piece for an hour. For sweets, I made meringue out of egg whites and sweetened it with just a little bit of sugar, or use some Splenda. Protein and sweet, all in one punch. Also, a thing I have grown very fond of are kale chips. Super easy to make (just google it) and again, kale has lots of protein. You can do this, sweetie!
Well have more sad news...my friend that lost her daughter a couple weeks ago...now her mom died...how much more can she take for heavens sake??? Going to keep her company tonight...we are going to BINGO!!!!! They are having her body brought to Ohio from Kentucky....sighs...sad sad sad!!!!!!
