surprise!

Good morning from the witching hour at the hospital. I am amazed that they let me sleep most of the night, and I slept, too. Wide awake now and relatively pain free. SO. There is talk of letting me go home today. Lots of pieces and people to coordinate, so I must be patient. But transfer to the long tem care facility seems to be off the table for now

Good morning Vickie and everyone....

Vickie.....wooooohoooooo....I am so glad you won't be going to a long term facility!!!!! I hope they will be having a home care nurse checking in daily. My only worry is that you will overdo at home. PLEASE be sure to take care of YOU!! I don't want you to relapse. I know how excited you must be to get home to Butch and your family! I don't blame you, I would want that too. Christmas is only two sleeps away! There is no place like HOME especially at Christmas!! Praying always....I want you too be back to good health again. So how is Butch doing? When will he be able to be up and about on that foot? God Bless you Vickie!!

As for me....My Nic is leaving in a little bit. Just has to load his car. I am going to miss him so much!! It has been so fun spending these last 5 days with him!! He is just the BEST!!!!! I will be lonely without him!!
