Today, I took our comforters and the kids sleeping bags to the laundry mat so that I could use the big washing machines to wash them. This really cute little man came out and helped me carry everything in and while I waited on my stuff to wash, he and I chatted. He told me about his little puppy and I talked about my cats. He said his wife had died and I said my husband is at work and we just chatted. Then, when my stuff dried, he helped me fold everything. When I was leaving, he says to me, so you want to go for coffee and I say, it's a little late in the day for coffee and he says how about dinner and I say, thanks for the offer, but I am going to be really busy over the next few days and he says, I'd really like to get to know you and I say, that is so sweet but I'm married and am happily married and he says, if you give me a chance, and I say well, actually, no. Then he says, you led me on and I say, what and he says you led me on and I say no, I talked about my husband. Then I looked at him and said, dude, chill. Since when is the laundry mat a singles bar?
Crap. Just my luck
Except for those of us who are single ... I never meet anyone in the laundromat when I had to go. And I'm really chatty too. I can pick up a conversation just like that ... from someone's t-shirt or what they're reading or whatever. Oh well ... I'm not looking anymore. Gave up on that. I'm happily single with my cat.

Today wasn't much testing for Nic...tomorrow will be a longer day. I am so worn out I feel sick. After having dinner with my family and Nic, I am going to bed. We have to get up extra early tomorrow. I will have my Nook with me so all that waiting won't be so bad. Thanks to my secret Santa!!
LOL...still making me laugh!! Laundromats and grocery stores are the newest hot spots. Some men are just a little full of themselves!! He obviously doesn't know what marriage really means! He has more then likely been divorced a few times!! Good luck at your next laundromat experience...LOL!!!!
