Monday in Michigan
Good Morning OFF Sisters,
It is so good to see Vickie here this morning. Praising God for this. Praying for you Sweetie,
I'm continuing to pray for the ladies fighting other illnesses, plus those who are still grieving here. Laureen, I found that poem, and will send it to you via Facebook. I printed it out on Christmas stationery, and gave each of my family members a copy on Christmas day. We had a moment to read it, cry, and pray. Then, we continued with our meal and gift giving.
I am still staying home, spending the day knitting.
Hugs,
Trish

Good morning Trish and everyone......
Trish....hope the knitting goes well....I know you are very busy trying to get that blanket done on time.
What poem are you posting to Laureen is you don't mind saying?? I would be interested in seeing it, especially if it has to do with the death of our loved ones.
As for me....I am hanging on in my sea of boxes. Plucking away a little at a time. I hope to get my kitchen finished today!! I figure at the rate I am going I will be done in about JULY....LOL!!
Dwayne (ex-boyfriend) did a great job of helping to get boxes sorted into groups and put in the rooms they need to be in. He also put my frame and headboard on my bed. I then was able to get my memory foam on it. With my pillow top mattress and that wonderful foam I feel like I am on a cloud!!
Wishing you all a beautiful day!!
Prayers for so many of our OFF family. Special prayers for those in need.
Love and many hugs to all.....connie d
Connie,
It's a poem about our departed loved ones spending Christmas in heaven. I think I'll just post it on my Facebook Timeline.
Have fun unpacking the boxes.
Love,
Trish

Connie, I am so, so, so, so happy to see you so, so, so happy. There is absolutely nothing like being in your own place…in your own bed…using your own kitchen things when you want. I can only imagine how awful the last few years have been for you. But, the good news, you are in your own place. Put pictures on the walls, plants in the windows, light candles, burn incense, or whatever it is that you do to make your mark in your home.
And this year, for you, I am hoping that you have the best Christmas in the entire world with a lot of reading and writing and good entertaining.
Thank you Jeannie....you are so sweet!!
I am so happy, happy, happy to be in a place I can call home!! It has been a long three years!! The problem is every piece of furniture needs to be wiped down and every dish, pot and pan needs to be washed. I am still in a sea of boxes!! BUT it is MINE!!
Thanks again!! You are always so good to me!
Love you...hugs....connie d
