Munching and Moving
House cleaning continues today. I was able to do all the floors, and dust and clean baseboards and window sills, so today, I am doing closets, drawers, and cabinets.
Food. Two days of cooked food and I'm feeling a little nauseous but full.
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Avocados--I still have a half of box of the avocados from my cousin who sent me a huge box of fresh avocados from her trees. I will be freezing those that are getting too ripe.
Lunch: I have a lot of hummus left over, so I'm eating hummus and celery and carrots
Snack: bell peppers, cauliflower, and celery
Dinner: Purple Hull peas. yep, I roll with country.
Snack: whatever left over raw vegetables are in the crisper.

You are a STAR!! You are really hanging in there with your cleansing diet. I am so proud of you!! WOW....all that cleaning you are doing.....you must have tons of exercise!!
I never did eat that steak yesterday. I had cottage cheese and green beans instead. Not sure my tummy can handle steak yet.

S-Banana
L-cottage cheese (1 cup) and left over green beans
S-protein bar (20 gr protein)
D-small chef salad (turkey, ham, egg. cheese and tons of veggies) w/ balsamic dressing
