Munching and Moving

Today I am cleaning house and doing laundry and rearranging my closets and cabinets, and since I have all hardwood floors, I am doing absolutely no exercise--maybe a little stretching here and there.

While I am eating cooked vegetables, I am still going to maintain the no meat until I at least get two weeks of vegetable protein and then I will do a couple of days of fruit juices and then start on the broths, then the soups, then the fish.

I really didn't think I was going to make it until yesterday without cooked food.   I love raw vegetables but just for snack…so spending my meals eating raw fruit and vegetables was difficulty and was made more difficult since I was still cooking fish and chicken for the hubby.

The beans were delicious and I probably ate a cup full of just beans.

Todays food:

Breakfast: cooked prunes with a little cooked rice…not much.   What I did was cooked the prunes in water and when the prunes were nice and hot, I emptied the juicy water into the cooked rice.   I let the rice coo****il it was really sticky and I mixed the prunes into the rice and sprinkled a little splenda…not a lot because I hate putting the chemicals back in my body.

Snack:  I am sticking with raw vegetables for my snack and I still have lotus root so I plan to eat that with a little pepper.

Lunch:  I am cooking chick peas, turnips, and greens.   (A really gassy meal)

Snack:  Celery and carrot sticks

Dinner:  I am making humus out of the chick peas and will have hummus and raw vegetables

Snack:  Avocado slices, tomato slices, and onions.    Really not a good idea before bed but I have ten more avocados that have started ripening that my cousin sent me so I have to eat them all up.   I may try freezing some.

How are you moving and what are you eating?
