moving and munching and the cleanse
The rest has helped my hip and knee. Yesterday, I didn't have one moment where the thing went out on me. I am still only going to walk today and do Yoga. I will take my time speeding up.
I am still doing the cleanse and let me just say that my gastrointestinal area is way cleansed. My urine has even taken on a very colorful appearance...it is very lime yellowish, which the doctor said is really the color it should be and not dark yellow. She said it means I am getting rid of all the toxins.
Today I am eating heavier raw veges and fruit:
Breakfast: Avocado and Apples
Snack: Cauliflower and brocolli
Lunch Carrots, celery, bell peppers, and cucumbers
Snack: Prunes and raisins
Dinner: cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots
Snack: adding nuts--pecan halves

B-Boost
S-banana
L-Small Subway turkey breast sub loaded with veggies an 1/2 the bread. Red wine vinegar on the veggies.
D- Boost and
S-Protein Bar.....wasn't feeling well.
The antibiotic is causing me a upset tummy.
Drank over 120 ounces of water as recommended.
Just did some stretching exercises and a few strengthening as well.
