Munching and Moving
I walked on the treadmill today. I didn't run or even walk fast; but walked. My hip is still hurting but not like it was so taking a break from walking and dancing may be the ticket. Yoga is still helping me a lot with increasing my range of motion and muscle tone.
I'm still doing the cleanse. I am still eating raw veges and fruit and prunes. the only thing I am not doing is giving up coffee. I know...I'm supposed to be removing toxins, but damn, I love the coffee. So, I am making it weaker and following each cup with a lot of water.
So today's rawness:
Breakfast: Grapefruit about 1/2, sliced turnips, and four prunes
Snack: Celery, Carrots, and Bell Peppers
Lunch: Bell Peppers, cucumbers, celery, and carrots. I also ate 1/2 avocado
Snack: 1 bottle water with lemon juice added
Dinner: 1 small avocado, 1 bell pepper, and 1 cup of carrot juice, which I detested
Snack: Homemade tomato juice
I am going to hold out on the raw food for as long as I can and will move up to grains and beans before going on to juices. Tomorrow, I am eating raw chick peas that I've been soaking in lemon water. The lemon is supposed to chemically break them down for easy eating and the soaking is supposed to make them delightful. That remains to be seen.

Lost a dear aunt over the weekend. attended the funeral yesterday.
My heart is broken but i know she no longer suffers. I will miss her so so much.
