Moving and Munching
Today, I am staying as inactive as possible. I have been having problems with my knees and my hip, so I am only doing Yoga.
For breakfast, I ate the bottom part of one of my homemade buttermilk biscuits with a little gravy.
No snacking today
Lunch, peanut butter with a banana.
Dinner will be refried beans
Tomorrow, I am going to start a cleanse--raw vegetables, fruits, and lots and lots of water.
It is good that you are listening to your body. Some days it needs rest.
I had a delicious breakfast.
2 sections grapefruit
small piece of Colby cheese
Dill pickle
3 prunes
The dogs will only get short walks today. It is raining and we have a strong wind advisory. My lungs hurt when it is cold, even if I cover mouth and nose with a scarf. They had better be quick outside or they can dance a jig until Tom gets home.
