I am walking today and doing Yoga.

Food: this is the plan

B: Egg

Snack: Peanut butter

Lunch Beans

Snack Celery sticks

Dinner:  chicken thigh and green beans

Snack:  maybe SF Popsicle.

Move carefully and often and eat wisely and not so often

Good morning Jeannie. I haven't been on the computer much lately but am happy to see you running this post.

 

Breakfast - cheese and a dill pickle

L - Chicken broth

 

As for exercise, I am not doing anything but take the dogs out occasionally. Even that is a struggle. That's okay, I do my best.

I am just happy to see you post when you can. Taking the dogs out now and then is plenty of exercise for you!

Dear Annette,

You reserve your energy for more important things.  I remember how nice chicken broth can be when nothing else can stay down.

S-banana

L- small turkey sub from Subway with lots of veggies and 1/2 the bun.

D-tuna lettuce wraps and a small amount of cottage cheese

S-frozen yogurt bar

OMG, I love cottage cheese and try to eat it from time to time but I get so sick, which is less related to WLS and more related to milk allergies.   I use to mix a little cottage cheese with a lot of sugar free jello and it was so good.  

I like lettuce wraps too.

I'm glad to see you eating a little more today.
