Moving and Munching
Today, I walked all over campus but ended up in the gym where I walked four miles in 28 minutes. It is now dark when I get home so my outside walking around our little neighborhood has ended.
Until the other gals get back, I suppose I will combine the two posts.
I ate one pam fried egg, 1/2 piece of toast for breakfast
Lunch I had salmon and green beans
I snacked on oranges and celery
Dinner--I haven't eaten yet but think I am going to eat a boiled egg. My husband had an egg sandwich, but I have had some nausea, so I am going light.
What have you eaten today, plan to eat tomorrow?

today is my consultation at the gym, i am kind of excited about it. so i will be moving for real after today!
Ive lost 47 pounds so far and want to keep it going in the right direction.
my food is pretty good:
breakfast - hot protein drink.
snack - Greek yoplait
lunch - 1/2 of a Wendy's chili over 1/2 a wendys baked potato
snack - sf pudding
dinner - not sure yet. depends on when we get done at the gym.

Jan you are moving in the right direction. Refried beans and chili are two foods that have a lot of flavor and protein and they are not as hard on our pouches as those really dense red meats.
I am so happy you are getting a consultation. Remember, start out slowly and work up. You don't want to hurt those joints and muscles.

Tuesday.....I walked for 30 minutes doing laps at WalMart. Then I walked around and did my shopping.

S-banana
L-turkey breast in lettuce wrap also had about 6 cherry tomatoes
D-Small chef salad with turkey breast and tons of veggies. Balsamic Light Vinegarette salad dressing.
S-Fiber One bar
