Hurray for Wednesday!

Good morning sistas!

Well, I am better today.  The muscle relaxer is working.  I have to move cautiously, but I CAN move again.  No more sharp, stabbing, take-my-breath pains.  Whew. 

The medication does make me very very sleepy.  This morning I just took the muscle relaxer, but not the pain med, so we'll see if that helps a bit. 

Carrie got here around 11 p.m. last night.  Poor baby!  I hated to make her come all this way, but she says it's fine.  She's already left to go pick Butch up at the airport.  I need to take a shower and get cleaned up a bit to welcome my husband home. 

Just wanted to say "hello" and let you all know I'm doing much better now.  Thanks for the prayers!

Vickie.....I am overjoyed to know you are feeling somewhat better today!! I have been so worried about you!!!! Please be cautious and don't overdo. I am so glad Carrie is there and is able to pick Butch up at the airport. I am very happy Butch will be there to help and support you. I know he will be a great help with Benny and Reese!! Your mind will be at ease knowing Butch is there with you.

I have an appointment with my doctor at the pain clinic in a couple hours. This one is just a follow up....NO procedures!!!

Pam spent the night again last night. It was nice having her here. I hardly ever get to spend time with her anymore.

I am still praying that apartment goes through. I know she had a lot of paperwork to send out and she said not to worry if it takes a couple weeks. Everyone doesn't always send things back in as quickly as we want.

Vickie, I'm so happy you are doing better with the back pain.  Butch should be home by now, and I'm sure you're relieved.
