Commitment to moving

My daughter and grandchildren have been doing a lot of running lately. Colleen's been training for a half marathon this Saturday. She's up to ten miles a day.

I couldn't run to save a life, since I've broken two bones on my right foot in recent years. But, I can walk. I've been walking Utley lately, and am committing to taking him for a 30 minute walk this afternoon. I enjoy walking, and the weather is perfect for it.

Is anyone else moving today?

Way to go Trish.....keep walking!! Walking is better for your body and mine!! I love to walk!! I enjoy being outside and seeing what is changing all around me. I sure do feel better afterwards!! Keep doing what you are doing!!
