I hate it when I wake up and it is an "eating" day. I pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast every day, but some days I'm hungry again way before I am other days. Oh well, at least I recognize what it is.

B....pita with egg and cheese

S.....tropical protein smoothie

L....leftover stir fry and brown rice

Got up late and DD called to see if I wanted to sneak away Bill for a couple hours, eat lunch and shop. sso,,,,

B - 1/2 side salad with cheese and blue cheese dressing.

L - 1/2 chicken Caesar salad

D - Protein?

S - Protein?

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

This is the best I could do.....doing a bit better today.

B:  Eggbeater omelet with spinach, goat cheese and bacon bits, pumpernickel roll (3 inches all extra dough taken out)

S:  None

L:  Half of a chicken, broccoli rabe and provolone sandwich

S:  Mixed greens salad with fat free raspberry dressing, walnuts, strawberry, quinoa

D:  Lamb chops, cucumber and chopped scallions, dill, lemon juice and olive oil

S:  small piece of low fat cake with lite whipped cream and berries

B:  1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda

S:  banana

L:  chicken and rice about a 1/4 cup of chicken and an 1/4 of rice

S: apple

D: 1 small cucumber/1 slice of tomato, 1/4th of a red bell pepper, 1/2 avocado, salad with a little oil and vinegar

S:  sugar free popsicle
