Tasty Tuesday
I hate it when I wake up and it is an "eating" day. I pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast every day, but some days I'm hungry again way before I am other days. Oh well, at least I recognize what it is.

B: Eggbeater omelet with spinach, goat cheese and bacon bits, pumpernickel roll (3 inches all extra dough taken out)
S: None
L: Half of a chicken, broccoli rabe and provolone sandwich
S: Mixed greens salad with fat free raspberry dressing, walnuts, strawberry, quinoa
D: Lamb chops, cucumber and chopped scallions, dill, lemon juice and olive oil
S: small piece of low fat cake with lite whipped cream and berries
