Commitment to Moving
Wednesday already!!!
Ok, so I'm up since five, now to get ready for work and then walk the Roxie girl. . .today I have on-boarding (orientation) and I will be signing up for the on-site gym. . .
Have a great day!

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

I am walking today too. Of course, I will do the daily Yoga. I met with the ortho guy and he said, "you are running out of options." He was referencing my question of "will a cortisone shot help?" Then I said, "I'll think about it."
I am so not ready to get bionic knees. He signed me up for more PT and said the weights that I am doing at the gym won't hurt as long as I am reasonable.
So, walking, walking, and stretching and stretching.
Chasing babies, walking the aisle of the grocery store cooking and cleaning house think those are my exercise for the day! Actually though its not an recognized exercise I do manage to get lots of movement right now in my days and its slowly showing in my struggle with getting rid of the regain and how I feel.
Hi Laureen and everyone...
I went out for my walk earlier today. It was actually pretty nice outside. The sun was shining brightly. It felt good. I only walked 30 minutes as I am still not feeling the best. I think I have a sinus infection coming on.
Have a great day!!
Love and hugs to you.....connie d
Yesterday my moving was running up and down stairs doing laundry, following DH and mopping floors and changing bird cages.
I also watered goats, raked up hay in a couple pens and feed and took care of the dogs, cats and horses. Thank God my one daughter is coming in the am to do the main chores. I just couldn't handle it all!
Still managed to gain back 3 pounds this week, those carbs get me every time.
