Mustard and Pickles and the Scientific Process
Okay, it isn't exactly the scientific process but close enough. A while back, Susan said that a spoon of mustard will get rid of leg cramps almost immediately. Well, for quite a few months now, I am debilitated by those awful feet and leg cramps. So, I took a spoon of mustard. It wasn't immediate and the cramps didn't just stop but after a few moments, they stopped. Normally, in the evenings, when I am trying to relax, my legs and feet will start cramping...one cramp leads to another, which leads to another. Honestly, I cannot even stand they get so bad. Well, over the last two weeks I have been either eating mustard in the evenings or eating pickles. This has stopped the cramps. I still have a little cramp here and there but nothing like the others.
So, I raise my spoon of mustard to my good friend Susan. here here...no more horrible cramps.
