Weekend eating
How do you handle these challenges?
Yesterday

B...1 egg, 2 pieces bacon, 1/2 pancake made with reduced fat bis quick

L....1/4 c leftover rice with chopped chicken thigh

D....1/2 baked potato with turkey chili, pico de gallo, shredded 2% cheese

Harder than being around food is remembering what I ate two days ago. I do journal online but I can't see that site while I am typing on this one.
Saturday
B- oatmeal with blueberries
Lunch - oven roasted Turkey sandwich on oatnut bread with tomato and a little mayo
Dinner - Carrabas wood grilled chicken (lite on the grill base) side of cherry tomatoes. I tried to order the tomato cucumber salad they have without dressing but they told me that was a lunch item and they did not have any cucumbers chopped, so I opted for the tomatoes without any dressing.
S - angel food/pineapple cake ( I made) it has 166 calories. It is too sweet so I use a dollop of whipped cream to cut the sweetness.
Sunday
B- Oatmeal with blueberries (can you tell I have fresh blueberries I need to finish)
Lunch - Chicken broth with leftover carabba's chicken added along with a 40 cal. can of asparagus.
Dinner - rest of left over carabba's chicken, beets,
snack - organic veggie straws and a little monterey cheese
I am keeping my calories around 1200 each day
