I love not having to go to wor****il 9:00. This second cup of coffee is wonderful!

B....3inch egg white sandwich on flatbread, added cucumbers, bell pepper, banana pepper and a teensy bit o's LF mayo

Tropical protein smoothie

L....chili

Greek yogurt

Beef barley/veggie soup

B....Boost and a banana

L....re-fried beans w/ cheese and cherry tomatoes

S....Pure Protein Bar

D....small chef salad w/ light balsamic dressing

S....popcorn

I need to get back to eating better. Haven't had much of an appetite. I try to at least get my protein in.

Today I am running all day.  dulcimer class in the a.m. then doctors in afternoon.  so my food plan will be:

Take a cooler with ready to drink protein shakes

I will have had three by the time I get home

 

Dinner 

grilled chicken

asparagus

tomato cucumber salad

 

That's it  for me

L:  Tomato, onion, roasted red peppers, half of a w/w everything bagel and cheese sticks

D;  Loin of pork roast with broccoli rabe

It's actually called Sweet Freedom, by Blue Bunny -  it's a swirl pop dipped in chocolate, sugar free and 70 calories a pop.

Breakfast: oatmeal

Snack: banana, pickle--for leg cramps

Lunch:  sandwich

Snack: orange

Dinner: chicken, green beans, corn

Snack: cucumber
