Hope you spend a part of your day in some kind of activity.  I took another starlit walk with my Roxie girl this morning. . . love this weather we are being blessed with, 48 degrees and clear here on the East Coast. . .  have a wonderful day and thanks for being committed to your new life!

I left hubby to feed the 3 terrorist tots and went for a 20 min bike ride!   Not sure the man will forgive me but I saw the sunrise over muskegon lake,  What beauty!

Jo...that bike ride is so good for you on so many levels.  I hope you were able to rest your mind while you worked your body.   here's to more time for yourself.

I am heading out for my walk soon. The humidity is 85% right now. I need it to drop some. I won't get a block in and will have to come back home at that %. I will walk inside if I have to. I also have laundry to do....that is a good workout!!

You go cautiously.  I am so proud of you and you are making great strides.    

Laureen, good job with taking the Roxy girl for her walk and doing it in the morning is nice.   I am walking with my DH but I don't count that as exercise cause we go only one mile and very slowly.  Today, I did my lovely Yoga and am loving it.
