HAppy Monday Morning!

Good morning everyone...

I can't believe no one started the post yet. Must be busy this morning.

I went for my walk this morning. It was so sunny and beautiful. It is cool that I needed a light jacket. I love walking in the cool mornings.

Not much to report from me. I had a very lazy day yesterday. I am going to try to get some laundry done today. I don't have too much to wash but I want to keep it caught up.

I spoke to my daughter, Jamie yesterday. She actually called me Friday too. I think she is coming around. I didn't ask when I can come down. I just kept it light. She knows how much I miss Nic and Grace. She was talking to me about something at her job. She is good with people and helping when needed.  She said she was raised to be like that...I raised her! I almost fell out of my chair!!

My daughter Carrie checks in at least with a call or text nearly everyday. My grandchildren text or call a lot too. I love them all!

I have been so busy and worn out of late with Hubby's surgery over and he is on the mend and doing great, I get a sinus infection from allergies so I have had to fight it all week so that surgery would even be possible.  Well, tomorrow is surgery day for me and I am getting anxious!  Looking forward to being on the other side of the surgery.  I will keep you guys posted!  Take Care all, hugs and prayers for all!

I am so glad your hubby is doing better. Hope that you win the battle with your allergies and sinus infection.

Cleaned yesterday. More to do today.

FYI: I plan on posting on Moving and Eating threads when I get back on computer. I walk Utley everyday. I need to clean up my food.

Karen good luck on your surgery tomorrow.

This is my last week of FMLA.
I'm trying to get some things done around the house before I return to work.

I'm trying to stay positive about my breast lift revision but it just isn't happening. It doesn't help that I'm still spitting stitches and about the time I heal I get to do it all over again.

Our DVR went out with DIRECTV. DH called to cancel and they offered us a good deal stay with them but when he was transferred to the next person to install the monthly price increased. Needless to say we cancelled with them. Nothing like ******g away over an hour on the phone this morning.

I need to get a safety and emissions on our truck today so that we can register it.

I'm going to go to Joann's afterwards and buy some supplies for my next week's beginner sewing class. I'm excited to play with my new sewing machine. I've been watching videos on YouTube. I haven't touched a sewing machine in years.

Hello Pix......hope you are getting done all the things you want to get done while on leave.

I wouldn't want to go through another surgery either. Hope they get it right this time. I had breast reduction years ago. I didn't have any problems but I wouldn't want to go through it again!

Hope you find all the supplies you need for your sewing class. I used to love to sew. A refresher class is a great idea. My hands wouldn't allow me to sew anymore.

Hi Connie,

The revision is due to my skin not having the elasticity to bounce back after the normal swelling from the breast lift. It caused the breast tissue to sag under my right breast implant. That revision will be around my dropped into place implants so In theory I should have an even better final result. It was nothing that the surgeon did wrong.

The sewing class is a beginners adult class. The class description says it's for adults who never learned how to so sew which is me. I only hope it's remedial enough or the instructor has a ton of patience. I hope I'm not the slowest one in class.

Pix...LOL...I doubt you will be the slowest in the class....I am sure there will be people who don't have a clue what to do. Keep us updated!!
