Thursday--a new day dawns
Good Afternoon Vickie and OFF-
Late for me to get on the computer today. Yesterday I drove to Bangor for my counseling session and Mindful Eating class. Came home through a spectacular light show of lightning. The morning I woke up, stumbled into the bathroom and realized that my benign positional vertigo has reared it's ugly head. So I'm taking it slow and laying low today literally. Moving around is hard and even sitting in a chair is hard. Best position is laying flat.
Vickie- Maybe Butch is just feeling a bit guilty that he's going back on the rig and having to leave you alone with the situation. But I'm glad you're speaking and that it's a new day.
Judy - I hope the shoulder is getting better and better since the shot.
Debbie- Enjoy the visit with your sister.
Not much else is new here in Maine, it's raining as usual. Thunder and rain showers. Can't quilt and do not have the patience to deal with the book project.
Jo- So glad those triplets have you to help them! You are a wonderful person to take them on and protect them. I too am hoping they end up with the great Uncle.
Eileen- give the CPAP machine a week or so. You'll notice a difference in your sleep patterns. Did they give you a humidifier with the machine? Make sure it's working because that will help with any dry nose issue. Also swabbing vaseline inside your nose helps with dryness. When I first got mine I didn't need the humidifier but when they gave me a new machine I had to start using the humidifier.
Okay, ladies, I've forgotten who else posted. Positive thoughts to all of you who need them. Back to bed after I take another seasick pill.

Good evening Vickie and everyone....
My compute was down until about 7 PM today. There was a huge outage in our area. It took that long to get eveything working again.
I am exhausted so I won't be posting much. I had a rough night sleep last night. I finally fell asleep about 4:30 AM or so. Wouldn't you know it someone called at 8:30 AM and woke me up. I am so tired tonight. I did have Physical Therapy at 1:00 PM....the massage really helped. I then stopped at the Farmer's Market and got the best fruit and vegetables. I cut up a bunch of multi colored pepper and onions and froze them. I love it when I can just grab a handful when I need it. I had a lot to prep work today. I know it will be enjoyed for weeks to come. I went to the grocery store and picked up some good specials they had as well. I bought two rotisserie chickens for $10. I cut them all up and froze them into the portions I need. That is a great help too. I like it for stir fry or salads or whatever.
Hopefully I can get on here sooner tomorrow. I care about you all so much!!
Have a wonderful evening! Prayers for many in need. Special prayers for many of you as well!
Love and hugs to all....connie d
