For Susan...What Are You Eating???
I know it is getting late but I thought I would post this anyway.
Susan said she may not be here this week so here goes....
YESTERDAY....
B-Boost High Protein Drink and a small banana
S- Pure Protein Bar
L-Salmon and fresh green beans
D-Turkey patty and mixed veggies
S- 3/4 cup of frozen yogurt

B: Dannon Lite n fit Greek yogurt and a piece of my homemade peach cake, made with half sugar/half zyiltol, half w/w and half all purpose flour and lots of fresh peaches, butter and eggs and egg beaters, vanilla and almond extracts, salt and baking soda. . .please note, I am almost 6 years out and when I say a piece, I do mean it is less than half an inch.
L: Turkey Chili with cheese, lite sc and half a small avacado
S: other half of peach cake and cheese stick
D: chicken, veggies, brown rice
S: None
