Commitment to Moving
Walked Roxie and tripped over a sidewalk that has the tree roots heaving it up in such a way that it is dangerous. . . went down hard, tomorrow I will know how badly I did my knee in, but finished the walk anyway, because the Roxie girl turned around looked at me, like what are you doing on the ground, get up and let's go. . . shortened the walk by about 5 minutes. . .oh and saw the neighbor and told him that he just might want to paint with some neon paint so that people walking in the dark will be reminded that the sidewalk is dangerous there. . . he didn't seem to get it, but if someone sues him, well I guess he will then. . .
Have a great day!!!

Holy Crap on the fall; Good Job for bouncing back and finishing the walk. I admire you for your determination.
Today I walked and walked and walked. My ankle is killing me and so is my knee.
Tonight I am going to retire to my sewing room and make me a new pair of pants. I'm tired of hitching these up and I ain't buying any more slacks until I get over to the middle east. Plain and simple.
Laureen....so sorry you fell....hope it isn't to painful tonight. That guy must be dense....what part of that didn't he get. Maybe someone should spray paint it..."lawsuit ready to happen"!!
I walked about 30 minutes today after my PT appointment. Thought I better do it while the pain was less.
