Good morning!

B......egg and cheese pita pocket

S....tropical protein smoothie

L.....smart ones lasagna


S.....Greek yogurt


D.....not sure, working late and getting ready to leave for San Diego tomorrow. Will probably get something to take home,

I need someone to take this over for a week, please. Can't guarentee I'll get it done

Breakfast: scrambled eggs and 1/4 cup of cubed ham

Snack cheerios, dry and a banana

Lunch baked chicken thigh, carrots and peas

Snack celery and the rest of my cheerios

Dinner Ham steak, 3 oz, broccoli 

Snack sugar free popsicle cucumber salad

Good eating day to everyone and talk to you guys later.

Susan, we are meeting Karen on the 23, right?  We gonna picnic on petit jean mt?  I cannot freaking wait to see you guys.

B:  1/2 cup of cottage cheese with salsa and half of a w/w everything bagel

S:  Peach and piece of cheese

L:  Turkey Chili w/cheese and sour cream

S:  I forgot to pack my yogurt. . .

D:  Going to Longhorn with Tony tonight, so probably steak and salad

S:  Ice cream pop (Sweet Freedom 80 calorie, no sugar)

Hi Suz!  Could you pop the day in the subject please.  Us over 50'ers sometimes have trouble seeing the little day posted  I almost posted in yesterday  Teach me to be AWOL a couple days.

B - Protein coffee

L - 2 pc bacon

D - chicken w/ 1 oz Mexican 4 cheese

S - Quest Bar/cheese sticks

Will update with RL eating today.  I usually post at night with what I ate.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

L-1/2 Turkey Breast Sub w/ lots of veggies and red wine vinegar. I only ate 1/2 the bread.

S-1/2 granola bar
