Breakfast: scrambled eggs and 1/4 cup of cubed ham
Snack cheerios, dry and a banana
Lunch baked chicken thigh, carrots and peas
Snack celery and the rest of my cheerios
Dinner Ham steak, 3 oz, broccoli
Snack sugar free popsicle cucumber salad

S: Peach and piece of cheese
L: Turkey Chili w/cheese and sour cream
S: I forgot to pack my yogurt. . .
D: Going to Longhorn with Tony tonight, so probably steak and salad
S: Ice cream pop (Sweet Freedom 80 calorie, no sugar)
