Bkfst.......egg and cheese in pita( in the freezer breakfast section, perfect size and EZ)
Snack....tropical protein smoothie
Lunch.....soft chicken taco on carb balance tortilla
Snack....maybe, Mabel not
Dinner.....steak, roasted broccoli, wild and brown rice
Snack .....SF Popsicle.

I am so happy you are doing this. It forces me to measure out my food and plan it all out which makes me stick to it.
Breakfast: 1 cup of long cooking oatmeal with splenda and 1 teaspoon butter
Snack will be 1 cup of cheerios--dry and plain--1 banana
Lunch 3 oz of ham, 3/4 cup of acorn squash with Tbsp of butter, salt and pepper. 1 banana
Snack Celery, yellow bell pepper
Dinner: 1 oven cooked chicken thigh, 1 cup of green beans, about a cup of caulifloweretts.
Snack: Orange with a sugar free popsicle
B: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (1%) with half of a pumpernickel bagel
S: Peach and cheese
L: 3/4 cup of stuffed cabbage casserole (made in my slow cooker with turkey, red cabbage, red pepper, worsterchire sauce, ketchup, diced tomato, apple cider vinegar, brown rice)
S: Light n fit greek yogurt
D: Chicken breast and broccoli rabe, made with fresh garlic
S: 1/2 cup Ice cream (no sugar added)
That's my plan for today. . .

YESTERDAY....
Breakfast....Boost High Protein Drink
Lunch..... 1/2 subway sandwich ...turkey breast....lots of veggies and red wine vinegar...only eat 1/2 the bread.
Dinner...High Protein drink....not hungry
Snack...Pure Protein Bar
1/2 granola bar
Always over a gallon of water and extra vitamin water too.
