Karen, my dr said he would give me the shot if I really wanted one...but he also said he would rather I keep taking the pain meds and the new one that stops the felling of throwing up and headaches first. IF I still want the shot Monday he will give it to me. After todays workout at therapy I am thinking I WILL take that darn shot!!! My arm is now really sore about the top of elbow area....from muscle area down. Also across my shoulders and neck now also hurt...hate getting old!!! SIGHS......

Hello Judy.....sorry you are suffering with such a lack of sleep. I am sorry the meds aren't helping. I would have demanded the shot today!! I feel bad that you have to suffer through another weekend.

I am sure you will enjoy your son and his girlfriend's visit. Hope Bandit is okay with his company too!!

Connie they are helping but I do not know if I can still take Tylenol PM with them at bedtime...just called the drug store and they said NO way to much Tylenol. She said I could take benedryl though. SOOOOOOOOO guess who is taking some tonight!!!! I can't sleep and this stress along with it has me plum wore out!!!!

Shot WILL be taken Monday I do believe!!!!! Arm in muscle area and the top of elbow really hurt after today's therapy!!! Also my shoulders and neck area are also hurting me a lot!!!

David and Renee will be here in an hour or so...wooohoooo!!!!!! Puppy tomorrow!!!!!

Hello Judy.....hope you have a great time with your son and his friend. Hope all goes well with Bandit and the new pup too!

Be careful with Benedryl....it can cause restless legs....I know for a fact. As soon as I find something that works it has a lousy side effect!

Eileen, sure hope you get help with after effects of your fall. I sometimes come so close to falling and feel thankful when I'm able to catch myself. I've had my share of bruises though, believe me.

I'm at home while plumber puts in a new faucet in my kitchen sink. It has been a real problem since I had the kitchen remodeled a few years back. It has leaked from the faucet to the back of the cupboard beneath, and now it looks like I have mold and black crud to deal with!! My plumber says I should take faucet back to Costco and tell them it was defective and leaked under sink, and I should also contact contractor and tell him that his seals didn't hold and are partially at fault for this mess. Not going to be cheap, but has to be done!!

Tomorrow I work at the hospital with the babies, and I'm actually looking forward to it. So many financial worries right now, and it's good to get away from thinking about them.

Thank you all for sharing your lives, your experiences, your joys, your miseries, etc. Helps to know that I'm not alone in this process call living!

This morning I ran errands.......last one to Safeway for Friday specials. I don't know about all of you, but Safeway here is outrageously expensive. So, I always do their Friday $5 specials to stock up. Bertolli frozen Italian dinners, bag of clementines, 8 pieces of fried chicken from deli, etc....all $5. Their regular prices are totally nuts.....Campbell soup sometimes $6.00 a can (the small one). Milk, $8.00 a gallon....$5.50 on sale. My neighbor and I complain all the time about their prices, and have become pretty good coupon shoppers.
