So sad about that tenant that died. She must have had something happen to her at some point to be so angry. God rest her soul!

Hi. Sorry I've been absent. Hubby was in a lot of pain Saturday night. Tried to get him to go to the ER but he wouldn't. So, Sunday night he had pain again and he finally relented and we were off to the hospital. In the ER for eight hours while they ran tests. They found signs of an infection and his liver enzymes were elevated. Those two things, plus his pain symptoms caused the ER doc to do an ultrasound of his gallbladder. Fast forward to yesterday -- he had open gallbladder surgery. They found a large gallstone impacted in the main bile duct. Removed the gallbladder and he said it did need to come out.
We're hoping hubby will be released this weekend or Monday at the latest. He's chomping at the bit to come home.
Our dog is still under the weather -- although he is eating his dry dog food again. Our vet is considering putting him on a different antibiotic. I'm supposed to check in with him tomorrow to let him know how things are going and then he'll decide what to do.
Anyway, I've been busy running back and forth to the hospital and rescheduling our September appointments.

Cindy, have you tried feeding your dog boiled chicken and rice? That is supposed to be a huge thing to feed when they get sick like that...just a suggestion...hope he is better soon!!!
Hope your husband is feeling better soon also!!! OMG he had to be in a lot of pain with that!!! And then NOT want to go to ER!!!!
