What are you eating today?
Good morning Susan...
YESTERDAY.....
Breakfast.....Boost High Protein Drink and a small banana
Lunch....chicken chow mien with chow mien noodles...no rice
Snack....strawberries
Dinner...chicken brat with mozzarella cheese, garlic, and artichokes in them. Fresh green beans.
Snack...fruit bar (like popsicle)
OK...I'll give this a try. My eating isn't very thoughtful, so might sound a bit outrageous, but here goes yesterday:
B - Whole wheat cooked cereal (about a cup) with frozen blueberries (a handful) a banana, and a packet of Splenda and a splash of half n half.
Snack- Pure Protein bar with glass of 2% milk
L- Leftover pasta with asparagas, peas, cauliflower and onions. Also half an onion bagel
Snack: 1 cup of rainbow sherbet with a red velvet, white chocolate cookie.
Dinner - A cob of corn, a sandwich made with two hot dogs, two slices of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and two slices of 100% whole wheat bread...oh, and mustard, mayo.
Snack: glass of milk and three oreos! (I know I know....)
Since I seem to be losing more than I'd really like, I give myself a lot of freedom. If I should begin gaining again, I would stop indulging in the goodies. I feel lucky, blessed to be able to eat most anything and not get sick or gain.

Holy Cow, today, I have been so bad.
Breakfast: 1 egg fried in Pam and toast with a lot of butter...like a TBSP...I know.
Snack--9 pork skins
Lunch Ham sandwich with about a Tsp of mayo and on whole wheat
Snack...more pork skins but I did round it off with two celery sticks
Dinner...1/2 cup of fried okra; 1 slice of fried catfish; about seven fries
Snack will be sugar free popsicle, maybe some fruit of some kind.
I have been hungry all day long...what the eff.

Friday (better late than never)
Breakfast - NONE...had to go for doctor appointment then bloodwork at 9 am
Snack - none.....running errands and forgot to bring something to eat and nothing appealed to me while on the road (at least I didn't eat fast food- that's my story and I'm sticking to it)
Lunch- protein drink
one pear
Snack- none(exhausted...lay down for an hour- too tired to eat)
Dinner- dinner party- ate salad, grilled eggplant which I'd never had before, grilled salmon, 2 pieces of pasta (was a typical huge Italian meal at a friend's house)..then I BLEW it all by eating TWO(not just one but TWO) homemade cannolis! arrgg!!
I am SO annoyed at myself.
