What are you eating?

Hey Girl,

Have you very made kale chips or Jamica chips?  

Lately, I have been really needing to replace some bad eating habits that I have gotten into such as eating potato chips.   So, I've been making chips out of everything and if I use the right amount of sea salt, man oh man those things can be quite good.  Last night, I made some carrot ones but I burned them so tonight, I am going to try again.

Too early to know what I'm going to eat yet, but I did have an Optisource caramel shake with instant coffee mixed in (my version of a coffee shake); it has 20 g of protein and I don't know how many carbs, but it's low in carbs and calories. 

With this cold, I can't taste a whole lot, so there's not much I want to eat. I'm sure I'll have some deli turkey or something later on. Even my coffee didn't taste like coffee this morning. Oh, and I'm drinking lots of water (I always do). 

I've been trying to keep track on myfitnesspal.com but I've slacked off. Need to get back to it again. I like the app, though ... it keeps me honest. Unfortunately, I've gained weight since getting back on Cymbalta. But I've lost some pain so that I like.

B- protein drink w/ .5 banana

S- protein drink

L- .5 c cottage cheese with 1 c pineapple (fresh)

S-- .5 c cottage cheese with tomato

D- bacon 4 slices/ 1 egg scrambled

S- ff yogurt

Tracking my food keeps me honest and accountable. I still lie to myself (or try to, anyway!)
