I am embarrassed that I have gained about 25 pounds...not feeling so little anymore. Once I can get out walking I know I can lose this weight gain. I am doing much better with eating this last couple weeks. After reading all the positive remarks on LIghtswitch's post I feel even more determined. I will not let myself get back to where I was!!

Aloha beautiful Connie and CONGRATS ON SIX YEARS!! Hey, so you've gained 25 lbs........could be so much worse. You have a beautiful heart and even when you are struggling with life's issues, you still have the character to give support, love and encouragement to the rest of us.
