Saturday Morning again!

Sorry for the multiple posts but my ipad wont let me go on snd on!

My daughter went to the Dr yesterday and the drtold her she is a week farther than se thought!  So we might have a baby sooner than September 22!!!!! 

I got my hair cut short last night! The long hair was making me crazy! The medicine im on is drying my hair out, so I decided to go short again.

Well Starbucks is calling my name!

 

Good Morning Everyone,
I'm at the laundromat doing laundry. Got my bedroom looking good yesterday. Today I scrub the kitchen and start making meals for when I'm recuperating.

Praying for Judy, Morgan and her family, and all the other needs.

Trish....sorry I missed your in my post!!

It sounds like you are getting a lot done. Be careful  how much food you stock up on. Many of us didn't like the same foods after surgery that we did before....at least for quite a long time.

Good morning sweet sistas!

Ahhh, blessed peace and quiet and FREEDOM!  At least for the next hour or so!  LOL!  Butch and Benny have gone to get haircuts.  Then, as is their custom, they'll stop at the Dairy Queen for a ice cream cone.  I am tres excited!  Already had my shower and I'm clean and coiffed and relaxed for the first time in days, feels like.

Have I told y'all how much I love coming here everyday and reading up on everyone???  I know I have, but I truly appreciate our little group of Over 50's.  We have something very special here.

No real news to tell today.  Got all that laundry caught up yesterday.  Thinking about stripping the bed and washing sheets today, but feeling so relaxed and lazy this morning, I'm not sure I have the energy to do all that.  Instead I feel like watching some of my recorded shows and crocheting.

Thinking about everyone who is in pain or sick or has needs right now and praying for you all.

Cindi....how fun to work at your little library. I think that is really awesome! It sounds like that lodge is a very nice place to dine at...lima beans and all...I love lima beans. Yes, it was wonderful spending time with my Nic....every moment is so precious!!

Judy....I feel so bad for you....I just answered your question on your MRI post. I hope what ever you take helps because this is just horrible! I too never can do PT for my shoulders. It hurts worse then it did before! Good Luck!!

Carla....the gift you got your grandbaby sounds wonderful.....they will get a lot of use out of it and so will the CAT...LOL!! Like I said on Facefook...your new haircut is awesome...you do look years younger...love the color too!!

Vickie...so happy you had a few hours to take care of you!! I am sure you feel so much better!! Monday is almost here...wooohoooo for you!!!

My computer is still causing prroblem. It is not the computer it is the cable company. They were here 4.5 hours yesterday. They left and 15 minute later the computer wouldn't work. After Pam called the company again....some nice lady got it working again. I got up this morning and it was off line again. I had to do several things to bring it up again. Anyway if I disappear more then likely it is because of the computer.... I will let Vickie know.

Many prayers for Morgan and Nan and her family...such a hard time for all of them. I know way to many children that have died of cancer. We keep praying for my Nic. He lost two close friends in the last year or so. WE need more help for these children!! I know there are many others and even some of you here dealing with cancer. All I can do it pray cures can be found SOON for everyone!!

I am sure I missed replying to others...so sorry...CRS...love and care about you all!

Just stopping in to see how all are doing and to put the thread to bed.  I was up early today to go to Ren Fest here in Mid Michigan.  I went with the middle DD and my "adopted" DD.  She is the friend of my youngest DD and is part of the family.  

Had a great time but had to leave early as the DD husband was throwing a B-day party for her.  Here B-day was the 22nd but, she always drags it out for at least a week.
