Alloha Trish and HAPPY 7TH SURGIVERSARY! I, too, had WLS in 2006 and have been thankful for all the good things that came from that big step.

So glad also to hear that your gall bladder is history, and hope that gives you relief in so many areas.

Karen Congratulations to you on your 7 years too, even though a month late. You are such and inspirations. I want to be like you, I don't believe I will even though. I can't see me getting to normal not alone below goal like you have. At were I am at, I am seeing bones in all the wrong places and nothing moving from were it never leaves, my bottom.
