I'm free of my gall bladder.

My daughter made me soup yesterday and she arranged for two friends from church to bring supper today and tomorrow. Such s sweetie.

Must scoot.

Only time for a quick pop-in this morning.  Butch and I are off to run about a million errands today.  I'll check back in this afternoon.  Trish, hope you are feeling okay today!  Congrats on your 7 year surgiversary! 

Cindy, praying for your MIL.  We can try working on the PM thing maybe again this evening?  All I really know about it is that I can send PMs to the people I'm friends with.  Your name always appears grayed out rather than dark black on my screen.  Might have to ask OH for some help.

Oh, and Judy, thinking about you and your doctor's appt today.  Praying for some relief!

Trish that is great that your daughter arranged meals for you!! I am so glad you are doing so well!!

Vickie....I know you have lots of errands to run but at least you will be with Butch!! Try to enjoy your day together amongst the madness....LOL!

Glad your gall bladder is gone.  Congrats on your surgiversary! 

I remember when I had my gall bladder out, I knew within a day that it was the source of a lot of my misery at the time.  Glad your daughter is able to look out for you.

Sunny day here in Maine but looks like thunderstorms later today.  Definitely humid.  Too windy to paddle the kayak so I'll have to make do with the elliptical machine for my exercise.

I have fabric for three baby quilts washed and ready for cutting.  Just have to get the motivation to starting cutting and sewing.  Not today but maybe tomorrow.  Working on book project issues.

Started WW online program last week.  Need the accountability of journaling my food intake.  My WLS surgeon is hosting a three day mindful eating seminar which I am going to attend.  My regain since my hysterectomy is the result of falling back into so many mindless eating habits.  Gotta focus on that and get the weight back off.

Thoughts go out to everyone in need especially Nancy and Morgan.  Hope Judy's doctor appointment gets her some relief.

Hi sistas!

Whew, what a day we had.  We did everything from blood work to grocery shopping at Sams Club.  And now we have Benny to put to bed tonight.  But I just had to get back on and see how everyone's day went today. 

Prayers for Trish's speedy recovery, Judy's pain to be resolved, Cindy's MIL, and her husband and dog, too!  Cindy, don't YOU get sick!  Prayers for Nan and Morgan, also for Nancy up in Canada.  She's been super busy with her BPW group all summer, but I hope she comes back to us soon.  Also prayers for those 3 sweet babies in Jo's care right now.  Thankfully, they have her as their guardian angel here on earth right now.  Thinking of Connie and Eileen and Jennifer, too.

If I missed someone, I'm sorry!

Just popping in to put the thread to bed.  I have the two grandsons this week so they are now both to bed and Bill is dosing and ready to hit it too. Had his catheter removed from his microwave procedure last Thursday on Monday.   He has seen his PCP for clearance for his knee surgery yesterday and we need to get blood work done tomorrow I hope as we are heading to IN for a goat show this weekend.  I have stopped the fair gaining and was able to go down a couple pounds.  Hopefully I have good eating this weekend.
