Hi, All.  Hope you slept well last night. frown

Judy, I sure hope your shoulder is on the mend.  I agree that perhaps the pop you heard was the beginning of more movement in the shoulder.  In any case, I'm glad you see the dr. this week to discuss it with him/her and get a re-evaluation.

I like to read Vickie's posts because she mentions others posts in hers and gives words of encouragement, etc.  (Others of you do this also but right now I can't remember who else does it.)  The point is, I always vow to do it myself because it adds something important to this board (caring).  My problem, is that once I start typing, I can't seem to recall everything I want to say.  I guess I'll have to print the daily thread so that I can comment as I want to.  As Judy says, it's a case of CRS.  Ha Ha

Today, we have to drive to a neighboring city (through the mountains) so I can see the podiatrist.  Tomorrow, hubby has an appt. in the valley with his regular neurologist to discuss his migraines.  Thursday is haircuts.  Friday, our painter is coming over to re-do our back door.  Somewhere in there (probably Wednesday) we will visit my MIL. We also have to get ready for our garage sale on Saturday.  Busy week.

Hope you have a good day today.

Good Morning Cindy and OFF Family,
Still having tech issues. Had fun yesterday. Big picnic with Munchkins. Colleen and Trent were away.

Cleaning today. Exciting? Nah.

Hugs,

Morning all!

Hope you all had a great weekend.

Going to the SF Giants game tomorrow night. Our son is stealing second base between the 3rd and 4th innings. Steve gets to go down on the field with him and take pictures. I'm so excited to see him do this. He has played and been a fan of baseball for 17 yrs...he started playing when he was 4. He had a chance to play in the minors as a pitcher but he ended up having to have elbow surgery and his arm never truly recovered. But I do believe God has a plan for him and one day he'll see were this path is leading him.

Hope you all have a great day, thoughts and prayers for all,

Debbie

Hi everyone,

I haven't posted sine my 50th birthday on Thursday. The trip to the doctor's to get my stitches out from my tummy tuck and breast lift wore me out. I also weaned myself off of the pain meds so didn't sleep as well for a few days.

Dh wants to drop of his car for an oil change and an alignment. Then we're going to Walmart.

Dh returns to work tomorrow after taking time off to take care of me. I wasn't emotionally prepared for how dependent I would be those first few days. I had such limited use of my arms and abdominal muscles. I was pretty helpless - kind of really scared me. It made me appreciate the mobility/freedom I have now.

Today I'm back to tracking and planning what I eat. I know I'm still in swell hell so I'm staying off the scale.

I hope every one has a great day.

Good afternoon Cindy and everyone.....

Cindy...sounds like you have a busy day/week!! Where do you live in Oregon? My granddaughter is living in Troutdale right outside of Portland.

I am so sorry I haven't posted since Thursday. I drove to Minneapolis to my granddaughter's on Friday morning. When I got there she got a notice that she will be having a apartment inspection today/Monday. The plan was that she was driving me to my daughter Carrie's, her mom's. The apartment looked great except the kitchen. So yes.... we cleaned the kitchen. I way over did. It sure looked great when we were done!! I spent Friday night and all day Saturday laying  down and taking medication. I could hardly move. We ate what leftovers and other things my daughter had there. I ordered pizza for Saturday night. We came back to St Cloud Sunday. Pam and Kyleigh are going to go grocery shopping. I just put chicken in the Crock Pot earlier. Easy meal...making Stove Top Stuffing for them and fresh green beans.

I need to go back and re-read all the posts from the days I missed. You know I always had all of you on my mind and in my prayers!!!

Judy....praying you get answers on that shoulder issue. I have been praying for you!

Vickie....so glad your Carrie made it there this weekend....you always have so much fun with her there. Sorry Chris has had to work so many hours. SOON BUTCH will be there!!!

Trish....sorry you are having TV and internet problems. Hope that is resolved soon. You are missed.

Annette....sorry about the cat issues. Hang in there sweetie...You are in my prayers!

Jo...Debbie.....and others....I am at a loss....know that I care...darn CRS!!

Time to rest....I will try to check in later.

Wishing you all a great day!! Prayers for many in need.

Love and hugs to all.....connie d
