Good Morning OFF Family,

I hope everyone has had a good night's rest.  I'm still not sleeping well on this lower dose, even with the Benadryl.  Gonna have to do something about that.

I'm about to leave to watch Frankie in a minute.  Colleen is taking the big kids blueberry picking, along with some friends.  I hope they get a lot of blueberries.  I freeze them to make smoothies with them.

Nothing else planned for today.  I will do some cleaning.  Nothing much.

Must scoot.

Hugs,

Trish

Good morning Trish and my OFF sistas,

We're up and getting ready for swim lessons.  Only 3 more mornings and Chris can take him on the last morning, so only 2 more for me.

It's hot, hot, hot here.  Too hot to do much of anything.  Gonna hit 105 F today.

Nothing much else to report.  Love you all!

Good morning Trish and everyone......

Trish....sorry you are still not sleeping....prayers that the doctor can get the meds adjusted. I love fresh blueberries and freeze them also.

Vickie....the swimming lessons must be going well for Benny. Hang in there sweetie....pre-school isn't far away! I know how much you love Benny..... but.... the break will be good for you and him too.

Debbie....I am so glad to hear you are feeling better!!! No kidding....no wonder you were feeling so bad...step and sinus infection...WOW!

I finally got a good nights sleep last night. Pam was here and gave me a massage. She has magical fingers....it helped so much! She always helps me with my pain. Too bad she is usually only here a couple days a week.

Wishing you all a wonderful day!! Prayers for many in need for many reasons.

Love and hugs to all....connie d

Today's funny pool story:

Benny has made friends with another little 3 yo in his class named Vito.  They like to play together after the lesson.  So today I wore my suit and I played with the boys in the baby pool for about an hour after lessons were over.

When we were getting ready to leave, Benny looked around for Vito and started calling "Bye, Vito!"  The boys were waving bye-bye to each other when Benny suddenly broke away from me and ran to give Vito "a sugar"!  (In our family, whenever we leave each other, we always give a bye-bye sugar [kiss].)  Vito didn't know what to make of that!!!  LOL!  I think maybe in Vito's family, they are not quite so demonstrative.  Even his granny looked shocked!  It was pretty funny.

Hi Trish and my OFF family:

Yum, I love fresh blueberries. I have some great blueberry muffin and bread recipes (WLS friendly). Made some blueberry pineapple bread recently and I'm all out. It was yummy.

I had a rough night at work. It was going O****il I tried to jump the ARod story and it kept screwing up. I did it four times and it didn't work. Finally, I did it manually. Then I tried opening story and it crashed my program twice. At that point, after wasting 20 minutes, I took the story off the page, cut and paste the copy into a new file and that worked. Then the whole system was pokey. Couldn't do anything as fast as I wanted to do. Amazingly, I was only four minutes late going down with my two sports sections.

Then, I couldn't sleep last night. It was 6 a.m. before I dozed off for good. Sometime around 9 or so I got a phone call ... I think ... I took it and did it by rote (it was a robo call from the mail order pharmacy I use). I slept from then until noon. I'm so out of it now. I did laundry (almost done) and that's about it. Oh, and browned some Italian sausage. But I don't feel in the mood to cook the baked ziti I want to make. Just too tired to move.

Well, anyway, just wanted to say hi. Have a good day.
