Trish....so glad you got the AC set up and working. I agree...I would give the guys a gift card to a hardware store or Home Depot. Guys love those places!! But... then they need to eat too. No the gift is not tacky. I think it is very thoughtful of you to do that...they will be thrilled. I love cabbage rolls. I learned how to make them from my mother. I used to make them when I had family to cook for. Now with just me I wouldn't make them. There was a hot dish on Facebook like cabbage rolls but no rice. I can't eat rice anymore so I may try to make a 1/2 batch of that...it sounds so yummy!
Judy...I am glad to see you here today. I was getting worried. Sorry your cable is out again....I agree...it is time to switch companies. We had the dish in Iowa. It worked great but it did go out in storms. Hope you had fun at the VFW picnic. I love pig roasts!! I am glad to here you will be contacting your doctor Monday. I know you are in so much pain. Hugs and prayers!

Vickie....I hope swimming lessons went better today. I know what you mean about getting out of the house. I HAD to get out for a bit myself today. Yes, my depression is bad. I keep working on it....trying not to let the devil win!
Eileen....sorry you are still so depressed and are having issues to deal with. Hope it all gets better soon. Congrats on the good vitamin levels!!!
As for me....I finally couldn't take it anymore and left to run a few errands. Now I feel bad and wish I would have stayed home. Oh well...it was nice to be among people anyway. Going to try to take a nap now. My sleep isn't what it should be. I sleep now when I can.

Have to tell this funny story that happened at the pool today--
Benny: Mimi, want 'mato!
Me: You want a what?
Benny: Want 'mato!
Me (perplexed): You want a tomato?
Benny (pointing): 'Matoes!!!
Me (light finally dawning): Ohhh, you want a noodle?
Benny: YES!!!
What he wanted was a swim noodle. They have them in a tub by the pool at the Y. He remembered it was a food name; he just couldn't remember what food! LOL!
